Terms of Service

PLEASE NOTE:

In Stock Product: If you are ordering product from us to be engraved we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the product itself (not the engraving).

Laser engraving fees: We charge $1 per minute for laser engraving time. This varies due to materials and complexity.

Set-up fee: We charge a setup fee starting at 15$, which depends on the complexity of the design or if you contract us to create your design.

Rush or custom work: We charge an additional fee of $20 for rush jobs or custom work that requires immediate processing or working outside of business hours. This also depends on the designs complexity.

Your specialty Item: Items brought to us should ideally accompany a identical test piece if at all possible. This is the best way to get your final product perfect. We cannot guarantee that we carry a similar test piece of your item in our stock.
